Healthy Apple & Ham Wrap


Try this apple and ham wrap that is sweet, savory, and still spectacularly healthy! Perfect summer lunch and goes nicely with our Piña Colada Green Smoothie or as an appetizer for a BBQ. This recipe is also gluten-free without sacrificing flavor. The product used in this recipe is our signature Redstone Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar & Redstone Blood Orange Olive Oil.

Instructions
  1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl, combine with the Redstone Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Redstone Blood Orange Olive Oil, beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour sauce into serving dish.
  3. Set dipping sauce aside.
  4. Wash apples and slice each into 10 wedges.
  5. Wrap each wedge with a slice of ham and skewer with toothpick or bamboo skewer. Place each wedge on a serving plate with the dipping sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
