Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Redstone Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Redstone Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp oragano fresh
- 6 cloves garlic fresh, peeled, minced
- 1/2 tsp Redstone Lemon Pepper spice blend
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 chops lamb 4 oz each

Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together first 8 ingredients. Pour marinade over chops and let marinade 20 min - 1 hour.
- Preheat grill pan and grill to desired doneness (I prefer min med-rare which is 3-4 minutes on each side). You can cook the lamb however you prefer, grill pan, broiler, saute pan, etc.

Apricot Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Redstone Apricot Balsamic
- 1/2 cup Redstone Maple Balsamic
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 5 sprigs Rosemary
- 5 cloves garlic halved
- 10-12 each chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbls sesame seeds toasted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Combine Balsamic, brown sugar, soy sauce, rosemary sprigs, and garlic cloves in a large, resealable plastic bag. Shake and squeeze the contents of the bag to dissolve
- Add chicken to the bag and seal, squeezing excess air out. Marinate in fridge for 2 hours
- Place the chicken on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until skin is caramelized, about 30 minutes
- Meanwhile, place the marinade in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until thick, about 15 minutes. Use a pastry brush to brush marinade on cooked chicken
- Place chicken on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
