Instructions
  1. In a medium (5+ quart) heavy stock pot, heat one tablespoon of Redstone Tuscan Herb Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and saute until translucent, for about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for another minute. Add the Redstone Traditional Balsamic and reduce by half.
  2. Add the chicken stock, roasted peppers, tomato puree, basil leaves and oregano to the pot. Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the pot from heat. Using an immersion blender, puree the hot soup until smooth and creamy in consistency. Add the heavy cream and Romano Cheese and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve individual bowls of soup drizzled with approximately one teaspoon of Redstone Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and a sprig of basil. Serve immediately.

  1. Preheat the waffle iron. Mix together to dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and add to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until no spots of dry ingredients are visible. Use batter immediately in a greased, preheated waffle iron. Serve warm waffles with fresh fruit or with topping off choice.

  1. Combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
  2. Divide the cheese mixture among four glasses. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Combine the Redstone Strawberry Balsamic and granulated sugar in a small sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce and heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture becomes lightly syrupy and easily coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat. Allow to Cool.
  4. Toss the strawberries in the balsamic syrup until coated. Divide the strawberries evenly among the glasses over the chilled cheese mixture. Top with ribbons of basil and chill until ready to serve.

  1. Combine soy sauce, balsamic, pepper, olive oil and wings in a large, zip-top bag. Close bag and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  3. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry. Cook the wings on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is well browned and no longer pink, 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Place the reserved marinade in a small sauce pot set over medium-low heat, and gently simmer until reduced by half, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Place grilled wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with reduced balsamic marinade and toss to coat well.

  1. Place the beans, garlic, dill olive oil and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning based on the salt level of the beans. Refrigerate until the bean spread becomes a bit thick.

  1. Place the cut up vegetables in a sealable container. In a separate bowl, whisk the vinegar with the salt until dissolved. Add the olive oil the and pepper and whisk to combine. Pour over the vegetables and allow to marinate refrigerated for no more than an hour.
  2. To assemble, spoon the bean spread into a wide shallow bowl. Top with the marinated Mediterranean Summer Salad. Garnish the salad with freshly cut herbs, crumbled feta, olives, and an additional drizzle of olive oil. Serve cold with pita or grilled flatbread.

  1. Grind the whole brown mustard seeds in a spice grinder for 15 seconds or with a mortar and pestle. They should be cracked but not fully ground to powder.
  2. Combine the slightly crushed seeds, mustard powder and salt in a small bowl with the salt.
  3. Mix in the wet ingredients including olive oil. It may seem runny but will thicken as it sits and once refrigerated. Cover and store at room temperature for 2 days to allow the mustard to thicken and become less harsh. Allowing the mustard to sit at room temperature mellows the bite. The longer you allow it to "age" the more mellow it becomes. Once the mustard is of the desired pungency, transfer to a clean glass and refrigerate covered tightly. Will keep for up to 2 months refrigerated.
  4. Cover and store at room temperature for 2 days to allow the mustard to thicken and become less harsh. Allowing the mustard to sit at room temperature mellows the bite. The longer you allow it to "age" the more mellow it becomes.
  5. Once the mustard is of the desired pungency, transfer to a clean glass and refrigerate covered tightly. Will keep for up to 2 months refrigerated.

  1. In medium saucepan, heat Redstone Blood Orange Olive Oil over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add shallots and saute until softened
  3. Add cherry preserves, Redstone Black Cherry Balsamic, Redstone Tuscan Sun Spice Blend, salt, and pepper
  4. Reduce heat to medium low and cook until mixture is reduced by one-fourth
  5. Reserve 6 tbsp glaze to brush over cooked chicken. Marinate chicken breasts at least 30 minutes, grill.
