Garlic-Basil Linquine Gourmet



Who says healthy food can’t taste good?  You and I know better. Garlic and Basil have been paired together by many different cultures in many parts of the world. This pasta goes well with EVERYTHING!

Pair with one of the many Redstone Olive Oil’s or Balsamic Vinegars that fits your personal taste! Mix & match…have fun!  You could also add veggies, seafood, meat, poultry, and/or cheese.

Cooking instructions: Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water. Stir. After water returns to a boil, cook for 2 1/2 minutes. Wider pasta will take a little longer…3-4 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse with hot water (for salads rinse with cold water), drain again and toss immediately with butter, oil or sauce.
