Nutrition Seminar with Kalene McCrary including healthy snacks and recipes, March 16 2019
We are excited to be hosting a special Nutrition Seminar with Kalene, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, March 16 2019 in our Farmington and Draper stores.  Come learn how to improve your diet and feel better, healthier, and live longer!
Kalene McCrary NTP, CGPs, is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and a certified GAPs practitioner. Her education is ongoing, with studies that have focused on functional blood chemistry analysis, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), and autoimmune diseases, Hashimoto’s in particular. The GAPs program focuses specifically on the role of diet in autism. She works to educate her clients about the importance of eating a nutrient dense, whole food diet to heal the gut, which in turn increases health and vitality, and improves brain function. She has a private practice, teaches classes in the community, and loves to educate people about the importance of good nutrition.

The big question is, “What constitutes eating well today?” Eating well will do amazing things for the human body and mind including creating vibrant health, slowing aging, increasing energy levels, improving your personal best in athletics, and making it easier to accomplish the goals you set for yourself in life. Whereas eating poorly, the Standard American Diet (SAD), can make life a very different prospect. It’s a cruel awakening to live and realize one day you’re only living life halfway. Diseases of life style such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease steal the joy out of living and reduce quality of life.
