Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl, combine with the Redstone Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Redstone Blood Orange Olive Oil, beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour sauce into serving dish.
Set dipping sauce aside.
Wash apples and slice each into 10 wedges.
Wrap each wedge with a slice of ham and skewer with toothpick or bamboo skewer. Place each wedge on a serving plate with the dipping sauce.
