Ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper Olive Oil
- 4 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
- 2 figs, quartered
- Avocado, Walnuts, Apple chunks - optional
