Shipping Policy

Update August 21, 2024:

  • To qualify for free standard shipping to a recipient's address, a minimum spending of $80.00 - $250 is required after applying any coupons or discounts. Please note that free shipping is not available for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
  • Free shipping and/or online promotions do not apply to does not apply to wedding/party favors, fundraising, corporate gifts, gift baskets, or wholesale orders.
  • We do not provide delayed shipping.
  • Shipping hours are M - F 10:00 am MST - 2:00 pm MST.
  • Please allow at least 24-48 business hours for order processing. For "In-Store Pickup," please allow at least 5-7 business days, and during the holiday season.
  • In Store Pickup is not available year-round; it is only displayed with the shipping options.
  • Once the package is in the shipping carriers possession, ROO is not responsible for delays and/or handling procedures.
  • ROO is not responsible for processing and/or shipping delays due to a P.O. Box or incorrect/incomplete address.
  • We do not accept return shipments. Please use the contact page to report any issues needing resolution. Do not ship returns to us unless instructed by a responding representative.
  • To track your order, please ensure that orders are placed while logged into your customer account. Alternatively, make sure that the email provided at the time of ordering is a valid email address. After placing the order, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to the provided email address. It's important to ensure that the email is entered correctly, as it cannot be changed once the order is placed. Entering an incorrect email will prevent order status updates from being sent accurately. Once the package is in the shipping carrier's possesion, another email will be sent to the same email address with tracking information. You can obtain package status and tracking information from the shipping carrier's tracking number provided. Please note that ROO is not responsible for the actions of the shipping carrier.
