Refund policy

Return, Refund, Exchange, Discount Policy

Update August 21, 2024:

Non-Faulty Returns: If you change your mind about a product we will accept a request for return within 1 day of receipt of the product and we will give you a refund. There are some important conditions:

  1. A return request must be submitted and approved by ROO. Please email orders@redstoneoliveoil.com and include product pictures.
  2. The product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged to be eligible.
  3. If the item was bought in-store, it must be returned within 2 days to the original store after the return request is approved by ROO.
  4. If the product was purchased online, it must be received by the shipping carrier within 2 days after ROO approves the return request.
  5. ROO must receive the product before we issue any refunds.
  6. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage to ROO.
  7. The refund will be issued for the product price, excluding shipping costs, sales tax, or customs charges.
  8. Gift sets, Skin Care, Fusti containers, dishware, ceramics, bread, closeout or discount products, and Pasta are not returnable for any reason.  All sales are final.
  9. No refunds will be in cash.

Faulty Returns: If you receive a product that you believe is faulty within 1 day of purchase, please email orders@redstoneoliveoil.com immediately and include product pictures.

We will assess the issue to determine if the product is faulty. If we agree that there is a fault, we will issue you with a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product fault must be reported within 1 day of receiving or delivery of the product.
  2. The fault or damage will be verified by us before issuing any refunds. We will request photographs for verification.
  3. "If we require the product to be returned, you will cover the cost of return shipping."
  4. We will either replace it with a new product of comparable value or issue a full refund for the product.

*Should the cost of shipping for a replacement exceed the cost of the goods themselves, we reserve the right to issue a credit/refund instead, or we will offer to ship a replacement item with your next order.

Incorrect/Incomplete Orders:
If you receive the wrong product or if an item is missing, please email us within 1 day of delivery. We will refund or credit you, or dispatch the correct product immediately with free shipping. If we need you to return the incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

*If the cost of shipping the missing item exceeds the value of the goods, we may issue a credit/refund or ship a replacement with your next order.

PACKAGING: We are not liable for any broken or damaged items that occur during shipping, nor for any leakage or damage caused by these items to others in the box. It is your responsibility to follow the notification process outlined above to seek an approved remedy for affected items.

Packing supplies are not available for you in-store or online. If you require packaging items for shipping, you will incur a per-item fee. Be aware that we do not guarantee safe arrival of any packages.

NOTE: Returns must be approved by a customer service representative. Please contact us before shipping anything back to our warehouse. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days during non-holiday periods.

DISCOUNT POLICY: All customer discounts, promotions, coupons, special pricing, and offers are provided at the sole discretion of the Company. Discounts may not be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, coupon, sale, or discount unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, cancel, or terminate any discount, promotion, or special pricing offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

Eligibility for discounts is determined solely by the Company and may be limited by product, service, purchase quantity, customer type, promotional period, or other conditions as determined by the Company.

By participating in any promotion or using any discount, customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this policy.
