Pineapple Balsamic Basil Olive Oil Green Smoothie

Balsamic Vinegar helps the liver flush out toxins and acts as a diuretic.  Ginger and olive oil help digestion and have numerous anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties.  Tumeric is also a live cleanser.  Pineapple and Mango provide natural sweetness but also enrich this smoothie with fiber and vitamins A and C.


  • 1 1/2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 2/3 cup fresh mango, peeled and remove the seed
  • 3 tablespoons Pineapple Balsamic
  • tablespoon Basil Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric, to taste


  • Blend the kale and coconut milk / water until smooth.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is creamy.  Enjoy!
