Basic Hot Honey Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pizza (12–14 inch), your favorite recipe or store-bought
- 1½ tablespoons Redstone Hot Honey Chili Vinegar
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
- 3 oz pepperoni or prosciutto
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Bake your pizza according to your recipe or package instructions until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle generously with Hot Honey Chili Vinegar in a back-and-forth motion across the entire pizza.
- Finish with fresh basil leaves and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Slice and serve immediately.
Tips
- Less is more on the first try — start with 1 tablespoon and add more to taste. It’s easy to add, impossible to take away.
