The intense sweet-tart flavor of our pomegranate balsamic vinegar is a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb and duck. It makes an exciting dressing whisked with your favorite oil, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts and feta cheese. It adds depth to pan sauces, braised meats or compotes. Drizzle over poached fruits and ice cream for an elegant and easy dessert.

Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

Our Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar is a sweet and slightly tangy balsamic that has been aged for up to 12 years.  This delicious balsamic complements the natural flavors of lean meats such as lamb, steak, or chicken.
Imported from Modena, Italy
    Use it for
Fruit or garden salads, either alone, or with any Redstone EVOO. Our pomegranate balsamic pairs exceptionally well with Redstone's Blood Orange Olive Oil, Redstone's Redstone's Meyer Lemon, Persian Lime or Basil Olive Oil.

We strongly recommend it with Redstone's Blood Orange olive oil on Salmon. Just paint it on your salmon and let it rest for about 60 - 90 minutes. Cook it anyway you like and enjoy the fruity - citrus flavors as they enhance your salmons' unique flavors.

Marinate: Steaks, Burgers, Pork, Chicken, Roasts, (add an oil from above) then cook, broil, grill, smoke, pan fry, crock or insta-pot as you prefer...

Roast or sauté' with Redstone Pomegranate Balsamic to add a delicious "fruity" pomegranate flavor to your veggies. If you like pomegranate, don't be shy using it on any veggies any way you like to  cook them

Drizzle on:  Ice Cream, fresh strawberries, hard (and some soft cheeses), plain greek yogurt, any pizza, (especially great on a veggie pizza), or anywhere you want to add delicious pomegranate fruitiness.

Reduce on stove over low heat stirring until thickened for a fabulous Pomogranate fig balsamic glaze!
