This delicious pseudo-Ceasar Salad dressing is packed with flavor and not with additives.  Super easy and you can keep extra in the fridge.

Balsamic Ceasar Salad Dressing

Salad Ingredients and Instructions:

  • 3 romaine hearts leaves separated
  • Parmesan, for serving
  • Croutons - store-bought or homemade recipe below
  • Anchovies to taste - optional
  • Balsamic Ceasar Salad Dressing - recipe below
  1. Assemble romaine hearts, parmesan, and croutons on a platter and drizzle with dressing to taste.

Dressing Ingredients and Instructions:

  • 1/4 cup Redstone Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Redstone Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  1. Whisk together all ingredients adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Refrigerate before serving and refrigerate any extra for use later (up to 4 days).

Crouton Ingredients and Instructions:

  • 3 cups torn 1" pieces country bread, with crusts
  • 3 tablespoons Redstone Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°. Toss bread with olive oil on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Bake, tossing occasionally, until golden, 10–15 minutes.
