Balsamic Ceasar Salad
This delicious pseudo-Ceasar Salad dressing is packed with flavor and not with additives. Super easy and you can keep extra in the fridge.
Balsamic Ceasar Salad Dressing
Salad Ingredients and Instructions:
- 3 romaine hearts leaves separated
- Parmesan, for serving
- Croutons - store-bought or homemade recipe below
- Anchovies to taste - optional
- Balsamic Ceasar Salad Dressing - recipe below
- Assemble romaine hearts, parmesan, and croutons on a platter and drizzle with dressing to taste.
Dressing Ingredients and Instructions:
- 1/4 cup Redstone Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Redstone Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Whisk together all ingredients adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate before serving and refrigerate any extra for use later (up to 4 days).
Crouton Ingredients and Instructions:
- 3 cups torn 1" pieces country bread, with crusts
- 3 tablespoons Redstone Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°. Toss bread with olive oil on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Bake, tossing occasionally, until golden, 10–15 minutes.
