Balsamic Powder Steak Rub
Balsamic Vinegar Powder brings the unique aroma and flavor right to the meat in this recipe. Balsamic Vinegar Power keeps dry rubs dry.

Balsamic Powder Steak Rub
Ingredients:
- 2 Strip Steaks, 8 to 10 ounces each
- 4 Teaspoons Redstone Balsamic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Cyprus Flake Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- Mix Redstone Balsamic Vinegar Powder, salt, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl until combined.
- Generously massage rub into both sides of each steak and allow steaks to rest for up to 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Set grill to high and lightly rub grate with Redstone Garlic Olive Oil.
- Grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
