Ingredients

¾ cup ketchup

½ cup Hot Honey Vinegar

½ cup molasses or brown sugar

1 tsp liquid smoke

1 tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and fully combined.

Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Simmer for 20 minutes, until slightly thickened and glossy.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before using. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
