FAQ

What does Spanish Rosemary Sea Salt taste like?

Fresh, piney, and herbaceous, with clean sea salt and a bright rosemary aroma.

What are the ingredients?

Just rosemary and sea salt.

Is it a finishing salt or a cooking salt?

Both. Press it into meat before roasting for an herb crust, or sprinkle it on at the end for the brightest rosemary aroma.

Can I use it on desserts?

Yes. A pinch on dark chocolate, salted caramel, lemon tart, or shortbread adds a sophisticated herbal-sweet finish.

What cocktails pair with rosemary salt?

Bloody Marys, gin cocktails, and herbal or citrus martinis.
