Simple, elegant and an absolute crowd-pleaser! Best of all, this is one of the easiest appetizers EVER with only 5-10 min prep!

Baked Brie with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil

Add Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil to make this a snack you will crave again and again!


  • 1 small round of Brie
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or apricots, blueberries, raisins
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
  • Redstone Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar
  • Bread, crostini, or crackers.

It's super easy to make your own crostini's with a sliced baguette, drizzle with Redstone Olive Oil choose (Tuscan Herb, Blood Orange, EVOO).  Bake until toasted and crispy.


Preheat oven to 375.

Slice the top rind, neatly, off of the cheese. Sprinkle the cranberries and almonds on top of round.

Place cheese on an ovenproof dish; bake at 375 for 10 minutes, until cheese just begins to melt.

Drizzle with Redstone Balsamic Vinegar choose (Black Currant, Pomegranate, Blueberry, or Raspberry).

Serve with bread, crostini, or crackers.
