Baked Brie with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
Simple, elegant and an absolute crowd-pleaser! Best of all, this is one of the easiest appetizers EVER with only 5-10 min prep!
Add Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil to make this a snack you will crave again and again!
- 1 small round of Brie
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or apricots, blueberries, raisins
- ¼ cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
- Redstone Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar
- Bread, crostini, or crackers.
Preheat oven to 375.
Slice the top rind, neatly, off of the cheese. Sprinkle the cranberries and almonds on top of round.
Place cheese on an ovenproof dish; bake at 375 for 10 minutes, until cheese just begins to melt.
Serve with bread, crostini, or crackers.
