Balsamic Garlic Orange Brussel Sprouts

Some may think of them as mini cabbages, they look like them, but it is a compact and flavorful vegetable that when caramelized with dark balsamic vinegar are irresistible and you will be popping these in your mouth – one after another.
Ingredients
1 lb Brussel Sprouts washed and cut in half
8-10 each Garlic Cloves finely chopped
1/4 cup Redstone Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Redstone Black Berry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar. Also, try Fig, 18 Year Traditional, or Black Cherry balsamic.
Instructions
Slice Brussels in half, lengthwise. Toss Brussels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dash of salt and pepper together. Place onto baking sheet. Roast 375 for 20-25 min until tender. Stirring occasionally.
