Butter Balsamic Bananas Foster

Butter Balsamic Bananas Foster is a decadent New Orleans dessert with sauteed bananas in butter, sugar, and bathed in a sweet balsamic syrup. Top with vanilla ice cream and you’ll have the fanciest 10-minute dessert for dinner date nights!

2 Bananas

1 Tbsp Redstone Butter Olive Oil

1 Tbsp brown sugar

3 Tbsp Redstone 18 Year Traditional Balsamic

2 cups Vanilla Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream

Drizzle Butter Olive Oil in a heavy non-stick sauté pan and set to medium heat.  Stir in brown sugar.  Peel and slice bananas into quarters and add to the pan.  Once bananas are evenly coated, carefully add the 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar  to the pan. Simmer  mixture until thick. Remove from heat. Place 1 cup of frozen yogurt in a dessert bowl and ladle bananas and sauce over the yogurt.
