Sweet, savory, citrus balsamic-roasted onion and fresh avocados combine for a uniquely delicious guacamole.

Balsamic Roasted Onion Guacamole

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Toss together the onion, garlic, balsamic, and olive oil.
  2. Place in an aluminum foil-lined baking pan.
  3. Bake in a 425-degree F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once. Cool.
  4. Seed, peel and mash avocados in a medium bowl.
  5. Stir in onion mixture, lemon juice, sea salt, and spice blend.
  6. Garnish and Chill 1 hour.
