This sauce is the best pasta balsamic sauce EVER. It is so versatile and goes with any pasta, veggies, meat, or cheese layered pasta dinner or salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove raw garlic
- 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons lemon juice)
- 2 tablespoons Redstone Neapolitan Herb balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup Redstone Garlic olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Redstone Herbes de Provence Spice Blend
Instructions:
- Mince garlic finely.
- Zest lemon and set zest aside. Squeeze juice.
- Vigorously whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, spice blend, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Toss pasta with the sauce off heat. Top lemon zest.
