- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Redstone Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 ¾ cup plus ¼ cup 2 percent or whole milk

Directions:
- Mix in medium glass or metal mixing bowl, on high speed, whipping cream and sugar until firm. Cover and refrigerate.
- Whisk cocoa powder, white sugar, and milk in sauce pan on low heat, until sugar has dissolved and mixture is steaming.
- Pour warm cocoa into cups and top with whipped cream, sprinkle with salt.
