Some nights the side dish needs to take zero effort. This vinaigrette is just a whisk and a pour — built around Redstone Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, which already carries all the sweetness and warmth, so there's nothing else to balance.

Blackberry ginger balsamic vinaigrette in a glass pourer with salad, goat cheese, and pecans

Ingredients (makes about 3/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. Add the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon, and honey to a jar or bowl.
  2. Whisk (or shake, if using a jar) while slowly streaming in the olive oil until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss over a bagged salad mix, spinach, or arugula with goat cheese and candied pecans for an easy side that tastes intentional.

Weeknight tip: This keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks — make a double batch on Sunday and you've got a ready-made side for the rest of the week.
