            Delicate nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, mushroom, and sage will perfume this festive easy delicious side dish.
Herb Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
 - 4 tbsp Redstone Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and ground black pepper - 2 tsp Redstone Balsamic (Choose Maple, Cinnamon Pear, Blackberry Ginger or Honey Ginger)
 - parsley flakes (garnish)
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degree
 - Toss squash with olive oil and garlic.
 - Season with salt and black pepper.
 - Arrange on a baking sheet.
 - Roast until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
