This exquisite blueberry balsamic vinegar is equally delightful when drizzled on a crisp garden salad or a refreshing fruit salad. When combined with a light and delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the bold blueberry taste truly comes to life. It also complements our Orange or Lemon olive oils perfectly. Enjoy it with blue or feta cheeses.

    Your favorite salads, either alone, or with any Redstone EVOO. Pairs exceptionally well with Redstone's (Meyer) Lemon Olive Oil, Redstone's Chipolte Olive Oil, Redstone's Basil Olive Oil, Redstone's Blood Orange Olive Oil or Redstone's Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil.

    Marinate: Beef or Pork Ribs or a roast using equal parts Redstone Cayenne Olive Oil.  On Salmon or Trout, Steaks, Burgers, Pork Chops, Chicken, (add an oil from above) then roast, grill, smoke, broil, pan fry, crock or insta-pot as you prefer...

    Roast or sauté' for flavor-full veggies with a delicious black cherry flavor, especially nice when paired with with any of Redstone's citrus fused / infused olive oils.  

    Drizzle on:  Ice Cream, fresh berries, hard cheeses, plain greek yogurt, any pizza, cold pasta salads.
