  1. Drain the Redstone garlic-stuffed olives and add them to a food processor. Pulse a few times until they’re finely chopped but still have some texture.
  2. Add the feta cheese, Redstone Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the processor.
  3. Pulse until the mixture becomes creamy with bits of olive throughout. You’re aiming for a spreadable texture.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and gently fold in the chopped parsley. Drizzle a little extra olive oil on top if you like.
