1 container Redstone garlic-stuffed olives, drained

2–3 tablespoons Redstone Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 ounces feta cheese

¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Drain the Redstone garlic-stuffed olives and add them to a food processor. Pulse a few times until they’re finely chopped but still have some texture.
- Add the feta cheese, Redstone Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the processor.
- Pulse until the mixture becomes creamy with bits of olive throughout. You’re aiming for a spreadable texture.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and gently fold in the chopped parsley. Drizzle a little extra olive oil on top if you like.
