Parmesan Garlic Spinach Dip

This hot parmesan garlic spinach dip is a blend of cooked spinach, cheese and Redstone seasonings.  Baked together for a cheesy appetizer or party snack.  It's sure to please a crowd.  Who doesn't love parmesan, garlic, and spinach?


Parmesan Garlic Spinach Dip


  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 10 oz fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 t Redstone I LOVE Garlic spice blend
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese (divided use)
  • 1 T Redstone Parmesan Pesto spice blend
  • bread, crackers and vegetables for dipping
  • cooking spray
  • Steam or sauce spinach until wilted.  Let cool, then wring out all the excess water.  Coarsely chop.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach, garlic spice blend, parmesan pesto spice blend, pepper, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese in a bowl.  Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the spinach mixture into dish.  Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese melted.

If desired, drizzle and toast bread with Redstone EVOO or try drizzling with 18 Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
