This hot parmesan garlic spinach dip is a blend of cooked spinach, cheese and Redstone seasonings. Baked together for a cheesy appetizer or party snack. It's sure to please a crowd. Who doesn't love parmesan, garlic, and spinach?
Parmesan Garlic Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 C sour cream
- 10 oz fresh spinach leaves
- 1 t Redstone I LOVE Garlic spice blend
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese (divided use)
- 1 T Redstone Parmesan Pesto spice blend
- bread, crackers and vegetables for dipping
- cooking spray
- Steam or sauce spinach until wilted. Let cool, then wring out all the excess water. Coarsely chop.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach, garlic spice blend, parmesan pesto spice blend, pepper, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the spinach mixture into dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese melted.
If desired, drizzle and toast bread with Redstone EVOO or try drizzling with 18 Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
