Ingredients
- 2 pounds Yukon Gold or Carisma Potatoes, russet potatoes can be used for a different texture
- 4 cloves Crushed Garlic fresh garlic delivers the best flavor!
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley, feel free to experiment with thyme or rosemary
- 1- 2 Teaspoons adjust to satisfy your taste buds Redstone Black Truffle Sea Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (nutritional yeast serves as a dairy-free substitute)
- 4 tablespoons Redstone Butter Infused Olive Oil

Preheat your oven to broil. Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water and boil for 30-35 minutes at medium-high heat until they’re fork-tender. Drain well after boiling!

Arrange the boiled potatoes on a greased baking sheet. Using a potato masher or the bottom of a cup, gently smash each potato until they’re flattened but still in one piece.

In a small bowl, combine Restone Butter Infused Olive Oil, crushed garlic, and chopped parsley. Drizzle this mixture generously over your smashed potatoes, then sprinkle with Redstone Black Truffle Sea Salt and pepper to taste!

Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes, watching closely until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Once broiled, remove from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Return to the broiler for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
