Ingredients

  • ½ cup Orange Fused Olive Oil or Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 date finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon pistachios finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic grated
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil into a small serving bowl or plate.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients one by one. Mix everything well.
