Umami Roasted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon, cut into 2 pieces
  • 4 tbsp Redstone Dark Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Umami Tsunami Spice Blend
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Rinse salmon in cold water, pat dry
  2. Drizzle balsamic over salmon pieces
  3. Sprinkle spice blend and garlic powder over salmon pieces
  4. Coat salmon pieces with Dijon mustard, spread with knife
  5. Let marinade 1.5 hours
  6. BBQ or bake at 400° until 130 - 165 degrees and desired wellness.
  7. Garnish with lettuce, berries, or roasted veggies.
