Umami Roasted Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon, cut into 2 pieces
- 4 tbsp Redstone Dark Balsamic
- 1 tsp Umami Tsunami Spice Blend
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Rinse salmon in cold water, pat dry
- Drizzle balsamic over salmon pieces
- Sprinkle spice blend and garlic powder over salmon pieces
- Coat salmon pieces with Dijon mustard, spread with knife
- Let marinade 1.5 hours
- BBQ or bake at 400° until 130 - 165 degrees and desired wellness.
